If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of receipt of your purchase. Upon inspection of your return, a refund may be provided excluding shipping charges. All returns must be shipped back in original packaging, freight prepaid, unused, with all documentation warranty cards, cables etc. and in like new resalable condition. Legacy Shave will inspect all returns and reserves the right to refuse refunds or credits on used, damaged or non-resalable items. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. All shipping and handling charges including but not limited to insurance are non-refundable for all returns. In some cases, Legacy Shave may provide shipping labels and can schedule the return pick up and delivery.
